During the 2007 Wings of Hope Air Show held at Pease Air National Guard Base in August 2007, my assistant and I were given the opportunity to fly with the Red Star team. The team is composed of civilian pilots flying russian-built Yak 52s and a lone Nachang CJ-6 still wearing its original Chinese Communist markings.. Flying over Portsmouth and the Seacoast was a great experience and despite the gray skies, some interesting photos were taken. On this page is a selection of photos taken on August 19, 2007.
