This is an on-going project to promote interest and support to the men and women of the Air National Guard in New England and New York State. The ANG plays an important role in the defense of the United States of Americas at home and abroad against the threat of terrorism! This site will help you discover what is the role of the Air National Guard and its members once known as "Weekend Warriors".Many units located in New England and New York State are featured on this site with their history and photos. As well, you will find reports on major exercises and competitions featuring Air National Guard units from the area. In the archives you will find different subjects like histories of former SAC bases such as Plattsburgh, Griffiss, Pease and Loring AFB, etc...
